Earthquakes Recorded Near Yea December 15th & 16th
2019 December 15 @ 2:15pm AEDT, SE of Yea VIC Magnitude 2.9
On Sunday, a seismic tremor of magnitude 2.9 and three after shocks on the days following made for some concerned members of Limestone, Murrindindi and surrounds.
This earthquake occurred about 10 kilometres southeast of Yea, approximately 80 kilometres northeast of Melbourne. This event has been felt in the surrounding area. This event was followed by two aftershocks the next day on December 16th; a magnitude 2.8 at 5:11pm and a magnitude 2.0 at 8:34pm.

Earthquake just occurred. Today at 9.20am. My whole house shook for like a minute then stopped.
